CTR tools and dies help manufacturers to obtain the best possible results from their forming processes. Among the processes are cold extrusion, cold and hot forming, forging and powder compaction.

We understand these processes, and our expertise is available to customers. This is a complete service that may, according to customers' requirements, include tooling design and development as well as production.

Whether the tooling is made of tungsten carbide or tool steel, our production facilities meet the most exacting demands for form, dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

To benefit from the latest technology, we pursue a policy of continually investing in new plant and equipment. Production control is computerised to ensure efficient progress of orders and deliveries.

CTR tooling and wear parts are products of a joint exercise by two established companies, Carbide Dies (Birmingham) Ltd. and Rectory Tool Company Ltd. One specializes in tungsten carbide tools while the other is mainly a manufacturer of steel products.
